Your agreement for using HostTheMost
By accessing or using HostTheMost.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the site. Continued use of the site following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use HostTheMost. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the site, and that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
HostTheMost does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a user under 13 has provided personal information without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has registered without parental consent, please contact us at legal@hostthemost.com.
We use Google Identity Services for authentication. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image. We do not receive your Google password.
Your session is maintained across subdomains using secure, HttpOnly cookies scoped to
.hostthemost.com. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your
account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us
immediately at legal@hostthemost.com if you
suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

All content on HostTheMost — including quizzes, UI design, branding, code, and text — is owned by HostTheMost or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to HostTheMost. By submitting content, you grant HostTheMost a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and use that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account, except where content has been shared publicly and cannot be fully retracted.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit any content you provide, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where reasonably practicable, notifying you by email. Your continued use of HostTheMost after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation of the service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
HostTheMost integrates with third-party services including Google Identity Services and analytics tools. These services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to HostTheMost at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful or abusive, or pose a security or legal risk to the platform or its users. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us at legal@hostthemost.com.
HOSTTHEMOST IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS OR VIRUSES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HOSTTHEMOST AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF $50 USD OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO HOSTTHEMOST IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@hostthemost.com and provide a written description of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days. If we are unable to reach a resolution, either party may then pursue available legal remedies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
